Prep: 15 mins Cook: 10 mins Yields: 4 Servings Ingredients1 lb ground American Lamb1 tsp dried oregano, crushed½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp pepper¼ tsp onion powder¼ tsp ground cumin¼ tsp salt2 pita bread rounds (6-inch), halved crosswise1 cup chopped fresh spinach or lettuceYogurt Sauce¾ cup plain low-fat yogurt½ medium cucumber, peeled and chopped (about 2/3 cup)2 green onions, thinly sliced1 tbsp chopped fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried mint, crushed¼ tsp granulated sugar¼ tsp garlic powder Salt, optional Directions1In large bowl, combine oregano, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, cumin and salt.2Add lamb; mix well.
