Ingredients
1 fennel bulb
1 cuptomato vegetable juice
1 cuporange juice
1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 tbspfennel seed
1 tspkosher salt
1/2 tsppepper
2 lbsboneless leg American Lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 cupsmall boiled onions
2 oranges, cut into chunks (with skin)
12-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water, for cooking
