Broiled American lamb chops are perfect for a week night dinner, but fancy enough for an Easter feast. These 1 inch thick loin chops come together in only 30 minutes and cook in a garlic infused oil that will have all your guests coming back for seconds!

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic; peeled

12 American lamb loin chops; 1-inch thick

salt and pepper, to taste

3 tbsp whole grain mustard

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp prepared horseradish

1/3 cup mint leaves
